Senator WATERS: Okay. So, for example, for hydrogen, how low would it need to be to be considered clean hydrogen or green hydrogen as opposed to grey hydrogen? Ms Evans : You obviously have choices about how you produce hydrogen, whether it is from renewable resources, in which case it is considered to be zero emissions, or whether it is blue hydrogen. So fossil fuel based hydrogen using carbon capture and storage can still reduce the emissions to a very low number; it may not be zero because you cannot get necessarily 100 per cent of the carbon captured and stored. But because of the way hydrogen is produced you can get that to a very high percentage. I am probably going to the end of my technical knowledge to be able to tell you here what that percentage is, but I know a very high percentage can be captured.
