Senator SHARMA: Learning sustainment? Mr Walsh : Learning sustainment, working with the Americans. Six of those individuals transitioned back to Australia in December. Those are the first people who would have completed their training in America. Those individuals are now experienced in working in radiological control areas. They need to go through some additional training inside Australia to meet Australian regulations. We also need to keep their skills alive and give them more experiential work inside Australia. Of course at the moment we don't have nuclear submarines here on a regular basis. The MOU with ANSTO is to be able to place those people into ANSTO to continue some of their training and also to give them the experience prior to the nuclear submarines arriving.
